Itinerary:
DAY 01 YANGON – ARRIVAL – SIGHTSEEING (BY CAR) (L / D)
Arrival at Yangon International airport, our tour guide welcome to you and transfer to your hotel for check in. Afternoon sightseeing start major palaces with Chinatown , Sule Pagoda, Kandawgyi (Royal Lake) for photo stop, Sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the wonders of the World. Dinner at Karaweik Palace Restaurant with cultural show. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
DAY 02 YANGON – BAGAN (BY FLIGHT) (B / L / D)
After breakfast at your hotel and transfer to airport fly to Bagan. On arrival at Bagan, drive to Nyaung U market which is well known for the local goods highlights in Bagan. Drive to Shwezigone Pagoda, Kyansitthaumin with caves inside for the purpose of liking meditation by the ancient people, Wetkyiinn , Gubyaukgyi Temple with the earliest style of mural paintings on the walls and ceilings, Htilominlo temple, a two storey building made of bricks with its interior corridor; Shwegugyi Temple built on a higher platform, After the lunch time, take the sightseeing for the afternoon. Highlights Ananda brick monastery with the mural painting of 18th Century style, Ananda temple which is believed as the most beautiful temple in Bagan., Manuha Temple built by the Mon Capital King; Mingalarzadi which was built by the last King of Bagan known as Narathihapate. Sunset at Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
DAY 03 BAGAN-POPA-BAGAN (BY CAR) (B / L / D)
After breakfast at your hotel, and drive through the sun-parched plain with Palmyra palms to the Mountain of Deities, Mt. Popa. There climb the huge volcanic rock on a staircase to see shrines for nats (celestial spirits of Burmese mythology) and small Temples for Lord Buddha. It will take them about 20 minutes to reach the top of mount Popa. After lunch, return drive to Bagan: proceed to a landmark of Ayeyarwaddy-fisherman .Sunset over Bagan from one of the pagoda. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.
DAY 04 BAGAN – MANDALAY – AMARAPURA SIGHTSEEING (BY FLIGHT & CAR) (B / L / D)
After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to airport for fly to Mandalay. Arrival at Mandalay airport, our guide will transfer and drive to Amarapura, the city of immortal and 150 years old Mahagandayon Monastery, the famous Buddhist leaning centre where more than a thousand monks live and study, on the way visit at weaving industry. Drive back to Mandalay and hotel for check in. Afternoon sightseeing start visit to Mahamuni image, gold leaf making industry, carve marble stone, Shewnandaw Monastery noted for its exquisite wood carvings, Kuthotaw Pagoda (known as Law Ka Marazein Pagoda), Mandalay Golden Palace. In the evening drive to Mandalay Hill to enjoy sunset. Drive back to your hotel, overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
DAY 05 MANDALAY – MINGUN – AVA – SAGAING (BY CAR & BOAT) (B / L / D))
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Kwezone jetty to take private boat to Mingun the ancient capital of Mingun (appr. 1 hour per way ). Visit the Settawya Pagoda, with a footprint of the Buddha, walk to the huge Mingun Bell, see the nearby unfinished Mingun Pagoda, built to be the world’s biggest pagoda, ShinPhyume Pagoda also known as Mya Thein Tan Pagoda. . Then continue by boat to Ava (appr. 2 hours / lunch on the boat), the capital of the Burmese Kingdom from 1364 for nearly 400 years. Explore by horse carts the small island between the Irawaddy and Myittha rivers. Climb the 27-meter high masonary watchtower, visit the Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastary and the Bagayar Monastery, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts. Late afternoon drive over Ava bridge to Sagaing, and visit to Sagaing Hill and Kaunghmudaw Pagoda. After sunset at Sagaing Hill, drive back to Mandalay. Overnight at Hotel in Mandalay.
DAY06 MANDALAY – HEHO – PINDAYA – KALAW (BY FLIGHT & CAR) (B / L / D)
After early breakfast at hotel, drive to airport for flight to Heho. Arrival at Heho airport , our station guide will transfer and drive to Pindaya , visit Pindaya cave, Pindaya Lake , home base paper making and umbrella industry. Late afternoon drive to Kalaw . Free and your own leisure time and overnight at your hotel in……… Kalaw.
DAY 07 KALAW – INLE (BY CAR &BOAT ) (B / L / D)
After breakfast at the hotel, sightseeing at Kalaw and then drive to Nyaung Shwe and take a private boat to sightseeing at Inle lake includes blacksmith and silversmith workshop, floating islands, Phaung Daw Oo pagoda, Unique leg-rowers, Tradition fishing methods and silk weaving. After that back to hotel and take leisure at hotel. Overnight at hotel in Inle lake.
DAY 08 INLE – INDEIN SIGHTSEEING – YANGON ( BY BOAT & FLIGHT) (B / L / D)
After breakfast at hotel and then visit to Indein where a huge area is filled with many hundreds of Shan Style Pagoda. On the way you can see the local people life style. And drive proceed to Heho airport for fly back to Yangon. Arrival at Yangon, our tour guide will welcome to you and transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.
DAY 09. YANGON – DEPARTURE (BY CAR) (B)
After breakfast at your hotel, then transfer to airport for your departure flight.
